OpaVote makes democratic decision making possible for organizations and communities of all shapes and sizes. Sometimes, an organization needs multiple people to manage their polls and elections.

While we don’t (yet) support multiple distinct users on a single account, OpaVote supports account sharing with our login link feature. This gives election managers an easily revocable way to share access to their elections.

This feature is off by default for all accounts created after April 1, 2026, and may be enabled or disabled based upon your security needs and access preferences. For accounts created before April 1st 2026, we recommend disabling the login link unless you are currently using it to share account access.

If you have shared your login link with people who should no longer have access to your OpaVote account, you may rotate the link to prevent the previous link from working and create a new one.

The gold standard for sharing access to software is independent users and audit logs, and we are working on new features to support that.

If you would like to be considered for early access, please email team@opavote.com with the subject link “Multiple User Accounts”.
